The Witcher 3 alchemy tables

I have created tables showing the ingredients needed for alchemy items in The Witcher 3. A moderator on the official forums thought they could be useful for modders. I have also received 3 REDpoints for it. :) In any case, it was a fun project. I am going to keep them here.
