Part 9 - Horizon Zero Dawn - 1st Playthrough

As Aloy is exploring the Project Zero Dawn facility, I am learning more and more about what exactly happened on Earth in 2064-66. As the self-replication of biomass-eating robots was much quicker than humans could kill them, the extinction of all life on Earth was inevitable. However, Elisabet Sobeck devised a plan to recreate life on Earth hundreds of years later. She programmed an AI named GAIA whose task was to terraform Earth to make it habitable again. She was aided by the smartest minds on Earth who were all invited to the facility and explained what would happen. They were then given a choice to participate in the project or refuse to participate and live out the remainder of their lives in confinement or be euthanized.

As for side quests, I have completed Queen's Gambit and met my favorite side character in the game so far, Vanasha, and heard one of my favorite tracks at the end of that quest, Across the Daybrink.
