God of War skipped, on to Hearts of Stone

I was going to play God of War (2018) next, but I've decided to skip it. I was interested in it due to its excellent reviews, but I didn't realize it was a hack and slash game until I started watching a playthrough of it. Eighty percent of what I saw was Kratos repeatedly slamming an axe into draugrs, and this is not the type of fun I'm looking for when I choose to play a game.

After careful consideration, I have decided to play Hearts of Stone, the smaller and older of the two expansions to The Witcher 3 released in 2015. From what I know, it has a disturbing story and nightmarish characters, which is why I put it off for so long. But now I feel ready and extremely excited to return to the Witcher world once again. :)
